2 Disclaimer on Accuracy
While we strive to keep the information on this website (including fee structures, admission dates, and faculty lists) accurate and up-to-date, discrepancies may occur due to delays in digital updates.
3 Online Admissions
- Submission of an online admission form does not guarantee a seat at LEADS Higher Secondary School. Admission is subject to merit, availability of seats, and verification of original documents.
- Any false information provided during the online application process will result in immediate cancellation of the application without refund of the processing fee.
4 Online Payments
We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway for processing application fees and tuition payments. Payments processed via this website are credited directly to the accounts managed by LEADS Educational Trust.
- Security: The School does not store your credit/debit card or banking login details. All transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.
- Transaction Failures: We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by your bank, internet connectivity, or third-party downtime. If money is deducted but the school does not receive it, please contact your bank for a reversal.
- Currency: All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
5 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Application Fees: Fees paid for admission forms or prospectuses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Tuition/Admission Fees: Once a student is admitted and the fees are paid, requests for refunds due to withdrawal will be handled solely at the discretion of the Management of LEADS Educational Trust, based on the timing of the withdrawal relative to the academic session.
Double Payments (Technical Errors): If a technical error causes a parent to be charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded. Parents must email proof of both transactions to support@leadsshillong.com within 7 days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 10-14 working days.
6 Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including the school logo, photographs, faculty lists, "Insights" articles, and text—is the exclusive property of LEADS Higher Secondary School and LEADS Educational Trust.
Content Usage: Visitors may view and print content for personal use only. Copying, reproducing, or using school images/content for commercial purposes or on other public platforms without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7 User Conduct
The "Insights" section and other public areas of the site are read-only for the general public. Only authorized personnel appointed by the school administration are permitted to publish content.
